About Julia

Julia is a certified life coach and business owner, but beyond that she is an encourager with a passion for helping others thrive. Julia achieved a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and an Associate degree in Business Management. While in college, Julia began her career in radio, where she became the Promotions and Marketing Director and had some fun on-air!

When Julia moved to Southern Oregon, she bravely started her own marketing business, Lighthouse Marketing and Media Solutions LLC. She has helped many small businesses get going and now works with larger businesses and non-profit organizations with their communications and marketing needs.

Her path has been shaped by hardship and hope. At 8 years old, Julia was diagnosed with Type One Diabetes (T1D), giving her a lifelong understanding of the emotional and physical challenges of an everyday chronic illness. At 16, Julia experienced the sudden loss of her father and uncle to suicide. Along with other challenges she’s experienced, Julia developed a passion for people battling hardships and has a fire inside of her to help people thrive in life. ​

Julia has served as a worship leader since she was 20, often leading with vocals, guitar, and piano. Her faith continues to be a foundation of strength and healing. Check out her music here.

Through mentoring, coaching, and podcasting, Julia empowers others, especially youth and young adults, as they navigate life, school, careers, faith, family, relationships, and overall well-being. Her approachability, honesty, and hope-filled story inspire others to believe that life can be lived with purpose, resilience, and joy.
